This is a great service especially considering the commitment to teach kids Tamil outside India. I feel CTK to be more like a family gathering than a school as it's quite friendly. CTK has grown enormously in the last year or so in terms of quality, activities, students strength, number of events conducted, etc. In simple terms it's a very valuable platform for my kids. Both of my kids really enjoy coming to school. I wish CTK to grow further and better.

Tamizh School run by the Croydon Tamizh Kazhagam ( CTK) has been a wonderful resource for learning Tamil Language and Tamil Culture since its inception. My 10 year old daughter makes us proud with her reading and writing skills in Tamil. More than everything she enjoys attending the school and meeting with other children. With grading system in place as well as formal tests and certification, there is good motivation for children to achieve. My daughter makes use of the school library to borrow books. Parents volunteering as teachers is one of the best examples for community spirit and involvement. They all have DBS certificate that gives reassurance to the parents. We parents enjoy the cultural events organised by CTK. Overall, CTK run Tamizh School is a great initiative and I wish to thank the organisers for their initiative.

CTK as a whole is like a big family. During the last eight years my daughter has been with the school, I have witnessed her grow more and more confident in her mother tongue.CTK has been a haven for kids to learn culture, tradition, and all things Tamil.  It is a wonderful place for people to reconnect with their roots.
